This is to inform all the students and members of the University of Port-Harcourt (UNIPORT) community that the Senate of the university has approved the re-opening of the university at its 422nd meeting (extra-ordinary) held on June 10, 2016. The Senate of the university has approved Sunday, 19th June, 2016 as the resumption date for the continuation of the 1st semester, 2015/2016 academic session that was disrupted by students’ unrest.
